Camp Food Classics: Cheese Burger Burger
Items needed: Mincemeat, Onion, Cheese, Sesame buns, Saucepan, Oil, Seasonings
Method:
- Dice the onion and cut the cheese in to blocks
- Mix the mincemeat with the onions and add salt, pepper and herbs
- Take a block of cheese and mould the mincemeat mixture around it, creating a cheese-burger
- Fry the burgers in a pan with some oil until cooked through
- Place in buns for serving
- The cheese in the centre should be gooey, delicious!
